 The photograph above was sent to us by Victoria Chaney, who has titled it: "Through the Darkness We Shall Prevail". She writes," This is a photo of the American flag suspended between two firetruck ladders... This was used as a memorial at a ceremony in Warren, Ohio remembering those who died in the September 11th attacks. The community gathered at this site for the ceremony which included speakers, the high school band playing the national anthem and Taps, as well as a moment of silence at the time when the first tower fell."
